General Charles Q. Brown, Jr.

Chief of Staff, United States, Air Force

General Charles Q. Brown, Jr. is the Chief of Staff of the Air Force where he serves as the senior uniformed Air Force officer responsible for the organization, training and equipping of 689,000 active-duty, Guard, Reserve and civilian forces serving in the United States and overseas. As a member of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the general and other service chiefs function as military advisers to the Secretary of Defense, National Security Council and the President.

Commander of the Royal Netherlands Air Force

Lieutenant Feneral J. D. (Dennis) Luyt has served in his current position as Commander of the Royal Netherlands Air Force since 2016. Prior to this, he served as Director of the Operational Readiness Directorate at the Defence Staff in The Hague; Director of Operations for the Royal Netherlands Air Force, and; Commanding Officer, Leeuwarden Air Base. He previously deployed as Military Assistant to Deputy Commander, Air, at ISAF HQ, Afghanistan.

Commander of the UAE Air Force & Air Defence

Since 2014, Major General Al Alawi has served as Commander of the UAE AFAD, making him the senior uniformed officer responsible for the organization, training, equipping and maintaining of combat-ready forces. He joined the UAE Air Force and Air Defense as a cadet in 1978 and has accumulated over 3,500 total flight hours in various aircraft including the AH-64, Mirage-5/2000 and F-16 during his military career.

Lieutenant General Al Meinzinger

Commander Royal Canadian Air Force

Lieutenant General Al Meinzinger joined the Canadian Armed Forces in 1985 and earned his pilot’s wings in 1992. He previously deployed to Kandahar, Afghanistan, to command Canada’s Joint Task Force Afghanistan Air Wing and, earlier, over the course of four flying tours, deployed with 408 Tactical Helicopter Squadron in support of the United Nations Mission in Haiti. He has previously commanded the Royal Military College of Canada and served as Director of Staff, Strategic Joint Staff.

Air Marshal Gerry Mayhew CBE

Deputy Commander (Operations), Royal Air Force

Air Marshal Gerry Mayhew was commissioned into the Royal Air Force in 1988 and has amassed nearly 3,000 flying hours and logged over 200 operational sorties. Previously, Air Marshal Mayhew commanded the RAF’s No 1 Group, responsible for the force generation of all RAF Combat Air, ISTAR and Battlespace Management capabilities, as well as the UK JFAC. He has completed the Advanced and Higher Command and Staff Courses, and the UK Pinnacle Course.

Lieutenant General Gregory Guillot

Commander Ninth Air Force, Southwest Asia, United States

Lieutenant General Gregory Guillot is Commander, Ninth Air Force (Air Forces Central), Southwest Asia. As the Air Component Commander for U.S. Central Command, the general is responsible for developing contingency plans and conducting air operations in a 20-nation area of responsibility covering Central and Southwest Asia. He has commanded a flying squadron, operations group and two flying wings and is a senior air battle manager with more than 1,380 flying hours.

Chief of Staff of the French Air and Space Force

General Stéphane Mille is the Chief of Staff of the French Air and Space Force. He graduated from the French Air Force Academy of Salon de Provence. General Mille is a command pilot with more than 2,600 flying hours, including 150 combat hours in 55 combat missions. Previously, he has held senior appointments including as Director of the French Joint Operations Centre and as Director of Operations at the French Joint Staff.

Lieutenant General Ingo Gerhartz joined the Germain Air Force in 1985 and has accumulated approximately 2,500 total flight hours in various aircraft over his military career. Lieutenant General Gerhartz has held multiple positions at the Federal Ministry of Defence and deployed as Air Wing Commander and Base Commander, Camp Marmal, Afghanistan, as part of ISAF Mission during which he completed more than 50 ISAF sorties on the Tornado.

Air Commodore Dave Paddison is Commander, Joint Task Force 633, which supports Australian Defense Force operations in the Middle East. Previously, he has He has served assignments as Deputy Director, Future Concepts, Officer Commanding, 95 Wing and Director, Special Operations Development. He joined the Royal Australian Air Force in 1987 and is a graduate of the Australian Defence Force Academy and Royal Military College, Duntroon.
